City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 11:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240241 An Ordinance amending Section 14-704 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Open Space and Natural Resources” by changing the applicability of steep slope protection requirements for certain stream restoration activities, all under certain terms and conditions. 240242 An Ordinance amending Section 14-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Overlay Zoning Districts,” by amending Section 14-524, entitled “/FDO, Fourth District Overlay District”, to establish use regulations on medical facilities, all under certain terms and conditions.
240336 An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning” by adding definitions; and creating a new Chestnut Hill Lower East /NCO in the area generally bounded by the SEPTA Chestnut Hill East Line, Cresheim Valley Drive, Germantown Avenue, Winston Road, Moreland Avenue, Devon Street, Ardleigh Street, and Springfield Avenue, under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
