City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Public Safety of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at 9:30 AM, in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams. This remote hearing may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil. com/watch-city-council/, to hear testimony on the following item: 200442 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Public Safety to hold a hearing examining the ongoing safety and noise issues with the use of ATV and other unauthorized vehicles on City streets and the possibility of creating a space for safely riding in Philadelphia.
