City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Joint Committees on Housing, Neighborhood Development & the Homeless and Licenses and Inspections of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240267 Resolution authorizing the Joint Committees on Housing, Neighborhood Development, and the Homeless and Licenses and Inspections to hold public hearings to examine the conditions of rental housing, rental code enforcement, and the need for rental repairs throughout the City of Philadelphia.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Joint Committees on Housing, Neighborhood Development & the Homeless and Licenses and Inspections, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
