City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 2:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240429 An Ordinance authorizing the Procurement Commissioner and the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Aviation, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into an amendment to a concession agreement for the development, operation and maintenance of an airport advertising program at Philadelphia International Airport; all under certain terms and conditions.
240433 An Ordinance authorizing the Procurement Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to enter into a lease and concession agreement with Aero Center Northeast Philadelphia, LLC in connection with certain property at Northeast Philadelphia Airport to facilitate the development and operation of a new fixed-based operator, all under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
