City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 9:00 AM, in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams. This remote hearing may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil. com/watch-city-council/, to hear testimony on the following items: 230061 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities to hold hearings to examine the Philadelphia Water Department request to increase water, sewer and stormwater rates and charges and its impact on the citizens of Philadelphia.
