City of Philadelphia Cancellation of Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Public Health and Human Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia has CANCELLED a Public Hearing on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 260051 Resolution authorizing the Committee of Public Health and Human Services to hold hearings examining the current state of Philadelphia’s reproductive health care system, the current federal landscape affecting reproductive policy, and the City’s response to protect reproductive freedom. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Public Health and Human Services, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
