City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Public Health and Human Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 1:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240932 An Ordinance amending Chapter 9-4100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Promoting Healthy Families and Workplaces,” to modify the manner in which certain leave benefits are administered during a pandemic or epidemic, and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Public Health and Human Services, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
