City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240020 An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning,” all under certain terms and conditions. 240063 An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning,” to create a distinction between hospitals and alcohol or substance use rehabilitation facilities.
240064 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Salmon Street, Ontario Street, Richmond Street, and Westmoreland Street. 240065 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Holme Avenue, Academy Road, and Willits Road. 240066 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Wood Street, 4th Street, Vine Street, and Lawrence Street.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
