City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Joint Committees on Children & Youth and Technology & Information Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240828 Resolution authorizing a Joint Hearing of the City Council Committee on Children and Youth and the Committee on Technology and Information Services on the use of electronic monitoring or Global Positioning Systems (GPS) for youth involved with Philadelphia’s Juvenile Justice System.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Joint Committees on Children & Youth and Technology & Information Services, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
