City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Labor and Civil Service of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 250028 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Labor to hold hearings exploring the Sugar-Sweetened Beverage Tax and its impact on Philadelphia businesses, trades, and consumers. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Labor and Civil Service, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
