City of Philadelphia Recessed Hearing Notice The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia held a Public Hearing on Monday, November 20, 2023, and recessed the public hearing until Monday, December 4, 2023 at 10:00 AM, to hear further testimony on the legislative item listed below. This public hearing will be held in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams and it may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil. com/watch city council/ . 230713 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Roosevelt Boulevard, Adams Avenue, Ramona Street, Wyoming Avenue and Whitaker Avenue.
