City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Legislative Oversight of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240069 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Legislative Oversight to hold hearings to investigate the City’s progress on its carbon neutrality goals to meaningfully participate in the planet-wide effort to mitigate the effects of global warming. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Legislative Oversight, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
