City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 9:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following item: 250333 An Ordinance amending Title 14 Zoning Code of The Philadelphia Code, Sections 14-409 entitled “SP-CIV, Civic, Educational, and Medical (Special Purpose) District,” and amending Title 14-602 entitled “Use Tables,” by allowing Religious Assembly uses in certain Special Purpose districts, all under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
