City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Housing, Neighborhood Development and The Homeless of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following item: 240018 An Ordinance amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions,” by providing for the licensing of persons responsible for performing tenant evictions at residential properties, under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Housing, Neighborhood Development and The Homeless, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
