City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Special Committee on Kensington of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240720 Resolution authorizing the Special Committee on Kensington to hold public hearings to examine the current state of transportation infrastructure and services in the City of Philadelphia in response to the opioid crisis. 250164 Resolution authorizing the Special Committee on Kensington to hold hearings on the implementation of Art Therapy Programming as a low-barrier intervention method in addressing substance abuse disorder and serious mental illness during and after incarceration.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Special Committee on Kensington, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
