City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Special Committee on Kensington of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 240896 Resolution authorizing the Special Committee on Kensington to convene and investigate the processes and effectiveness of the current and past diversion programs in relation to individuals suffering from substance use disorder in the Kensington area. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Special Committee on Kensington, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
