This appeal was previously before the board on April 10th when at the request of the 10th Ward RCO and with the support of councilman's office, we requested a continuance.
On April 8th, we had spoken with the 10th Ward RCO and they said they would be able to schedule a RCO and neighbor hearing once the ZBA had scheduled the next hearing.
They initially said that we might be able to get a hearing on April 29th.
About four hours later, they called back or wrote back and said that would not work.
When this was rescheduled, I posted the property as required, notified the RCO as required,
called back to the RCO, and then two weeks ago heard from the RCO that they discontinue RCO work over the summer.
They take the summer off, and the next available time that they would be meeting would be September.
So, based on the request from the RCO and with the support of the Councilman's Office, I'm requesting that we continue this to, I think it's September 25th or October 2nd, so that we can meet with the RCO when they resume their RCO duties.
