this is a letter of refusal my clients would like to make the prop move to change their property to

be to a three-unit residential property

isn't single family down and it never was single family

well um i would say you may want to then um hold the hold the decision maybe for a resumption

hearing and you can reach out to the examiner and see if they will issue a corrected refusal

for what you are requesting okay because we can't we can't vote on the refusal as it is because

it's saying single family so is it not possible just to vote to approve it for

no we can't we can't vote to approve it for something more than what l and i reviewed it

for it'd be one thing if you it if you vote if you ask if you ask for a triplex we could say

two units but we can't add units

the ZBA and request permission to amend the refusal. Yeah, we need some plans, too, to look
