ZBA Hearing - August 19, 2025

It's a one-bedroom.

I don't see it.

I don't see it.

I don't see the bedroom, living room thing.

That's the one.

All right.

I hear you.

Other questions from the board?

yes where will the trash be stored for both units

the trash for the first floor unit will be in the yard

and I mean it is tight in the kitchen

I guess they could put a closet right here at the end but right now since it's

existing there's nothing there but we can put that in as a proviso

to have a closet put there right where my cursor is

Right where my cursor is.

Can I see the first floor plan?

Is this the new plan or is this the old plan?

This one is existing, but the second floor, which we were concentrating on, it's the same.

And actually the architect did insert that there.

about the closet all right and this is the the plan now the one on the uh correct

yes first floor i'm talking about sorry miss gasson yes

proposed first floors on the left

and i'm just going to make my comment again that i don't like the

bedrooms where you've got to walk through the living room and they wander all through the

house to find a bathroom so you know that's that's my only comment about the layout there

on the first floor i would agree with you that it's not uh one of the better layouts that we've

seen yeah it's not ideal okay questions from our attorney hillary emerson not at this time
