Yes. Just to note that the appearance of completion of the Operating Budget may not, in fact, be a reality. There are a number of matters that different members of City Council have had under discussion at various times, and we all agreed that we ought to adopt a budget and later on, we may deal with a number of these items. They include: The issues of school tokens, a question of seniors at work, the bus attendants on the school buses, the question of fences that are needed desperately in parts of the City, the question of public access, and the question of crossing guards. All of these are matters still being considered by various members of Council and may require action on the current budget bill, or Bill No. 2001, which is this operating budget.
