You have unanimous support from great old Busselton Civic.
You have unanimous support from great old Busselton Civic League, and you have a letter of non-opposition from Council Member O'Neill.
So our board secretary, Cheryl Gadsen, will ask you a question.
Good afternoon, or good evening at this point.
Did you submit your documents and exhibits five days in advance of this hearing?
And do you waive the reading of the refusal and stipulate to its accuracy?
Thank you. You can begin, too. I'm not sure how it will be.
I believe someone is going to help begin your brief.
Yep. Just tell us what you're trying to do and show us pictures if you have any.
So I actually didn't try to do anything. I bought the house the way it is.
I didn't know that the house has a violation on it.
I bought it in 2023 the way it is for a reason.
um it has a living space in the bottom um because my mom um just moved from a different country to
live with me so um it literally put the house that way it is i live with my wife a kid and my mom
so after we move into the house um i got in contact from the city of philadelphia saying
that i have a violation because um i moved the garage door into a residential door which i did
not do i put the house that way it is i tried to get in contact with the previous owner to ask him
if he did that you know with the permit or anything he denied it he's like you know what
this is your house now you deal with them so okay so in this picture your house is the house without
the car yes okay so um i'm just here you know i tried to fix as much as i can i did the planner
um i met with the rco um i also met with the variants um so here i am all right um do you have
any uh questions i mean so what's behind the uh the house the space living space it's just living
space okay nothing all right and this is a single family home so yes it is yes okay questions from
the board okay questions from our attorney not at this time madam chair okay and questions from
the virtual audience there are no hands okay and planning commission madison matera planning
