I'd just like the record to reflect the hard work of my colleague, Maria Quinones-Sanchez, on this matter. Since the beginning of 2008, she has been talking with the Administration and trying to get them to put in place a tax amnesty program, and we were pleased to support -- I know she was pleased to support Councilwoman Krajewski once a bill was put forward on this issue. But this has been something that she's been pushing for several years. She couldn't be here. I wanted to have the record acknowledge that.
