i mentioned um this is a sub this is a uh a special hearing we're having all the batters
on today's regular list are appeals that appear to have been abandoned because the board has not
received communications from the appellants for at least one year. The applicants for all of these
cases were previously notified using the last available contact information that their appeal
was considered abandoned by the board and they should contact the ZBA within 30 days if they
wish to continue or withdraw. They were further advised that the cases for which no information
was provided would be recommended for dismissal at today's hearing. The scope of today's hearing
will be limited to the disposition of these cases. No testimony will be taken on the absence of the
appeals, on the substance of the appeals. Any cases that are continued will be scheduled for

uh it was an appeal against ellen i for one bells court based upon the information i was
able to retrieve it looks like uh there was a decision to continue the case back in august
of 2019, the attorney representing the appellant
asked for the continuance, which I believe was put down as a turning movie
party. From what I gather, there has been no further
contact with the
board from the appellant, so the city would just ask that the matter be dismissed.

or alternate address uh anyway a subsequent zoning permit was applied for and obtained
actually a couple of them since then one in 2022 was obtained uh adam laver represented them at
that time uh and then another zoning permit was issued uh in 2023 um and at that time they were
represented by fox rotschild so i mean i think the matter could probably just be your appeal
uh david could probably just be withdrawn but or just mark dismissed yeah i don't i don't have any
