mr monroe was the attorney for the applicant uh it was a private variance request i think it was
actually originally a 2019 case and based upon the number and the dating i think what happened
is that uh i think there were a number of cases that were still kind of like pending before the
zoning board when a it was everything was transitioning over to eclipse uh kind of great
timing almost like literally within a week of the city uh closing because of covid so things got
kind of uh you know messed up but based on what i can determine the appeal was uh originally
a 2019 appeal and it was marked uh as withdrawn there have been subsequent permits that were
issued uh in 2022 2023 actually verne anastasia represented the um applicant in those cases so
So I'm assuming the appeal that Matt originally had, I believe, actually in 2019, and then it got a 2020 date in Eclipse because that's when the record was created.
