As you can see, it's an intermediate lot.
We have an eight-foot front yard, 10-foot rear yard in between a vacant piece of land and an
existing two-story on the left side. If we want to go through the plans, this is the exterior.
We have a open front porch to kind of match some of the existing houses and then have essentially
three dwelling units the first floor in the basement with the walkout rear patio for the
basement and then a two-bedroom on the second floor and a two-bedroom on the third floor
so all units are fairly large two-bedroom dwelling units and this is the proposed rendering
uh other things just to note is that um there is uh spaces for trash in each one of these
which is important to the rco uh so we made sure that there are ventilated trash closets
for each unit for each individual unit has its own place to store that so it didn't get
stored outside okay uh questions from the board no no
