This property is indicated for residential use on the comprehensive plan.

We would like to note that Folsom Street does not seem to appear on the city plan.

uh and the way I can tell that or it's indicated is on the zoning map Folsom Street was actually

zoned RSA5 the city does not zone streets so we believe with that little bit of information

that this is actually not a open city street but with that in mind we feel that a three-family

dwelling on a private drive that the city does not maintain is an overuse of the property

just because it looks like a street doesn't mean the city's maintaining the street

and not being in the office I don't actually have access to all of the

streets information but because it's zoned yellow it looks like that it's actually not

on the city plan as an improved street yeah what impact does that have on zoning

it's when we're looking at putting in three units on an rsa5 property

i get that part of it i'm just curious about the not being a city street i just we don't know who's

maintaining the street how it's going to be maintained and when you put in three units

with three different people putting out trash and all of that with the water demands the

electrical demands we don't know how those are being met because they're not necessarily on a

and the plant that L&I should have refused it on that basis?

If it is an existing lot on a street that is not a street,

and if it's landlocked but it's an existing lot,

the city allows them to build what meets the zoning code.

If they were creating a new lot that was landlocked,

we would have that as a subdivision

and would have to go through a whole different process,

and it would have been refused.

Yeah, can I weigh in also, like, based on the aerial,

there's a lot of vacancy over here that's why the community was more supportive of the multi-family

use and complete support of it because of the amount of vacancy so um they felt like that would

help actually um get additional eyes on the street and help it you know revitalize the area a bit

given a long-standing vacancy so um that's just from where the community was coming from i just

was trying to get i never heard that before i was just curious me either i hadn't heard that before
