I note that the hour has come and a quorum on the committee is present. To my left we have Councilmember Gauthier, Councilmember Lozada, Councilmember Gilmore-Richardson. To my right, Councilmember Thomas, Councilmember Bass and Councilmember O'Neill. A quorum of the committee is present. This hearing is now called to order. This is a public hearing of the Committee on Appropriations regarding Bills No. 22 250204, 250205 and 250206. Mr. McMonagle, please read the title of the bills.
Bill No. 250204 to amend Bill No. 24182 approved June 14th, 2024. entitled an ordinance to adopt a capital program for the six fiscal years 2025 to 2030, inclusive, by revising various appropriation amounts and totals to confirm to amendments to the FY 2025 capital budget ordinance, all under certain terms and conditions. And Bill No. 250205 to amend Bill No. 240181 approved June 14th, 2024, entitled an ordinance to adopt a fiscal 2025 capital budget by revising various appropriation amounts and totals, all under certain terms and conditions. And Bill No. 250206 authorizing transfers and appropriations for fiscal year 2025 from the general fund certain for all city offices, departments, boards, and commissions. The water fund certain for all city offices, departments, boards, and commissions. And the grants revenue fund certain for all city offices, departments, boards, and commissions, to the general fund, certain or all city offices, departments, boards, and commissions. The aviation fund certain or all city offices, departments, boards, and commissions. And the transportation fund certain for all city offices, departments, boards, and commissions. Good morning, Chair Squilla and members of the Appropriations Committee. I'm joined -- never mind, sorry. I'm here to testify in support of Bill No. 250206, a proposed FY25 spring mid-year transfer ordinance with amendments. Bill 250204 amending Bill No. 24182, entitled an ordinance to adopt a capital program for the six fiscal years 2025 through 2030 inclusive, also with amendments. And Bill No. 250205 amending Bill No. 24181, entitled an ordinance to adopt a fiscal 2025 capital budget by revising various appropriations amounts and totals under certain terms and conditions.
