Okay, so let me stop that share and go back to, oops, I'm just going to see if I can share my screen name, desktop, share my desktop here.
okay so let me stop that share
now you see my desktop right yes so now I'm just going to open up this folder this valve
do you still see my desktop we can see your finder where you are now do you see any of these
okay okay good so it's going to take a half second because and I'm just going to open up
slowly but surely now do you see this bathroom right here we do yes okay good all right so
now i'm gonna close this out and unfortunately i have to do this um a slow and tedious way
and i'm gonna here and this is the first floor kitchen can you see that we do okay good we
already saw the second floor you already saw the second floor this is the first floor kitchen
okay now i'm going to um slowly but surely what is this this is the uh this is the second this
is a picture of a second floor bedroom so close that out and again slowly but surely
this uh another picture of a bedroom on the second floor apartment so this is a two-bedroom
apartment yes and this is the first floor hallway
and again please forgive the tediousness of this um what is this this is i think you saw this one
already the first floor bathroom and i'll just keep on going down the line
i'm not sure what this one is but i know it's a second floor master bedroom
is there anything uh in particular that that's that you're looking for or i haven't seen any
photos of a living room i've seen two kitchens and no living rooms okay
this is the uh first floor um dining slash like living area or you could use it however they want
on the first floor so the gray floors are the first floor and the brown floor is the second floor
and i'm sorry sir you want to see what again
living room i'm sorry living living space living room living room you saw yeah we saw
bedrooms and kitchens and you just showed what could be used as either living or dining room
on the first floor so yes all right so those two rooms on the second floor let's go here
this is the second floor right so this this is not the main bedroom in the um
on the second floor on the second floor lead this leads out to the hallway and down this hallway here
is it leads you to the master master bedroom on the um on that floor and if there's a door here
in this corner and in the lower right i'm not sure if you can see my ex or not that that um
leads to the kitchen.
Where's the living room?
I've been asking for a living room.
Well, see, that could be
used as a living room
or the...
You know what? Let me pull up the
floor plan. That would be a better description.
That would be good.
Yeah. All right. Floor plan.
And that is...
That's also in the... Here you go.
There we go.
Can you see this?
Yes. Perfect. Now, this should answer all your questions.
You know, you started with that.
You would have been good if you started with that. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
That's OK. This is my first time doing this. This is much better.
Much better. I'm not sure. I'm just trying to figure it out.
So enlarge it or anything. No, no, no. That's fine for me.
that's fine for me you've got a kitchen you've got a that's that's good for me room and two
bedrooms and you've got two bedrooms and you've got a living room and a kitchen on both floors so
I feel like I told you Joel I'm sorry all right so any other questions from the board
I feel like I told you, Joel. I'm sorry.
All right. So any other questions from the board?
The only other question is there was, I'm sorry, that I have is on one of your photo of the rear, there was a service wire.
It appeared to be coming out of the meter in the rear yard, going across the bottom of the steps and down the side of the building.
Have you addressed that issue?
Service wire. I think that's like cable, cable TV.
Looks like it was going to the meter, Bob, to the meter.
Hold on, let me go back to it then.
I'm not sure what I'm talking about.
What are you referring to?
All right.
Oh, on the outside photos.
Okay, so hold on.
Bear with me.
Can you see my photos, please?
Yeah, but we need the rear.
Can you see where I'm flipping through?
It looks like it's coming from the meter, from the electric.
No, no, no.
That's a cable wire.
That's cable TV.
Yeah, that's a white cable TV.
It's going, yeah.
Yeah, right there.
No, that's, no.
Yeah, that was a bad install on cable TV.
They should have did better.
That was the.
Yeah, that still looks like a hazard.
but all right thank you. Mr. you have a few questions one um does the who has access to the
basement? Well I'm this it's a locked door so only the first floor would have access but I'm
not gonna you know there's there's an entry point in the first floor apartment not the second floor
to the basement. And then is there an entrance to the basement that can be accessed from the
outside i'm assuming as like are you your property managing this yes the only basement is this right
here um from the outside yeah okay so right now none of none of the rental tenants will have
access to the basement no i wasn't gonna i was i was thinking about maybe letting the first floor
tenant have access to the basement to store stuff down there
but that would be just like
more of a headache for me if I did that
so it is an option though
and then my second question
is where are all of the
meters for the second floor unit
like where's their gas meter
where's their electrical panel
where's their hot water heater
I think it was electric heat I thought I saw electric heat in there
yeah uh so the electric panel you mean the electric panel for the first floor
no for the second floor for the second floor is on the second floor it's on the second floor yes
and the first floor is in the basement and then where is the hot water heaters uh both of them
are in the basement both of them are in the basement i think my my concern is that as a
person that's lived in a duplex in philadelphia is that oftentimes if there's a maintenance issue
if like there's a lot of reasons when things are in the basement typically when you have a duplex
if you're going to try to split things you try to keep all of the mechanics centralized so that if
they need to be serviced by pico or if they need to be serviced by the water department you know
the tenant can be there and like do that without having to have a third party come on site um and
I think my only my main comment to you is that this is from a management standpoint you've made
this difficult for for tenants to kind of self-service any of their mechanical needs in the
unit okay they can they do second floor has access to their um electric panel first floor has but not
the hot water heater so like if the pilot light is that right so there's like a number of things
that could happen in a house that now
the tenants don't
have the ability to sort of address
quickly in an
emergency
I don't have an issue with that
having
managed property
I don't have an issue with that

the parents, Mr. Chair. Planning Commission.
Amy Boyd with the Planning Commission.
The comprehensive plan recommends no change to zoning
at this location from the existing residential single-family RSA 5.
The appellate has demonstrated that there are unique physical conditions or
circumstances of the property that would prevent it from being used in performance of the zoning
code. Planning Commission recommends that the board grant the requested
variance for two-family household living.
Hillary, how do we
have trash stored in the rear, two units only.
Is there anything else that's enforceable?
You could require a certificate of occupancy.
Okay, thank you.
