Now, the first floor is what we're requesting the variance for.
You can see it's marked as beauty parlor, and that's the existing condition.
It's one large room with a kitchenette divider.
These are all existing conditions, too, by the way.
We have a bathroom and a closet.
So we're asking to change this zoning from commercial to single family.
There is no work to be done.
This was already set up like this.
We're just looking to change the zoning so it's legally, you know, we could put in a single family in there.
Now, it's been vacant for a while because we just haven't been able to, you know, find a store to go in there.
So we'd like to go with a single family.
The other two floors are existing.
There are apartments.
You can see the second floor, kitchen, living room, and then the third floor is the bedrooms.
And they're both similar in setup.
And that's pretty much it.
the one apartment has a wood deck again these are existing conditions for the second and third floor
there's an apartment in the front an apartment in the back of the building and uh that's pretty
much for the floor plans any any questions on that a third floor is there two apartments on
the third floor well it's there's they're divided in half like the third floor there's an apartment
bedroom on one side.
In other words, there's a front apartment
and a rear apartment.
There's separate stairs going up to each one.
They're separated by the dead
space in between.

beauty parlor uh you can see a little arrow there where it says 16 foot there's one entrance in to
that first floor where it says beauty parlor there a little arrow there's a door right there that's
the entrance and i have pictures of that if i can bring them up yeah why don't you try to do that

So that door in the rear

But that's just the access for
us to use the building for some
storage and okay access to the to the basement then again that's been existing it's all existing
so that's just the egress on the first floor
