talk about have you had any more communications with the uh the rco sure uh mr chairman members

of the board i i apologize i had requested the reconsideration because as i said in my petition

um it had taken some time to get the decision and my client was happy to take the year that the board

had that the rcos had agreed to but you know because it had taken some time it really cut in

uh to the amount of time so i had reached out to um board council and said because i hadn't had

frankly i hadn't done this before and said can we you know is there administrative way just to do

this or do i have to do reconsideration i did the reconsideration i sent the reconsideration

and reached out to all three, um, all three members, uh, all three RCOs, um, uh, back

in December, once I got the, uh, reconsideration information, I provided it to them, explained

why we were doing it, asked them if they wanted any further information, explained I'm not

trying to get more than what they agreed to. I, we just want the full year. Um, I didn't hear back

from anybody. I sent a follow-up email to everyone. Um, yesterday I heard from, uh, hold on. I heard

from Ken Silver, um, who's, uh, South street, but he said that there was, he said, there's nothing I

can do it wasn't before us it was before queen village they're the coordinating rco um

and i haven't heard back from them any of the other ones okay um should we take the public

questions or comments from the virtual audience

i think planning was against it the last time of my correct we can go on the record again if you

want yeah sure yes um this is run bednar city planning property is indicated for residential

use on the city plan our adopted district plan recommends no change to the zoning at this

location the applicant's hardship is not supported with evidence of any physical circumstances or

condition of the property to prevent it from being

used in conformity with the use

requirements of the code. We recommend

requested variance for visitor accommodation
