Thank you, Council President. I just want to take a moment to thank my colleagues for their support in assisting me in the passing the Longtime Owner-Occupants Tax Relief Bill, which will allow a little tax relief for constituents not only in the second Councilmanic District but all throughout the City of Philadelphia. As we have learned yesterday during our budget hearing, we are going to see significant increasing -significant increases of real estate taxes as relates to the reassessments that have been done and also there is a proposal -- excuse us, y'all tone it down just a little bit? There is also going to be a proposal on the table for increase of real estate taxes. And so, I know we have a whole lot of things going on right now in the City of Philadelphia. But if we don't pay attention to this particular issue, again, we are continuously focusing on a Stated Meeting April 5, 2018 tale of two cities, those who have and those who have not. And the reality is, the people who lose their homes in the City of Philadelphia will be forced to move out into the suburbs. And then you will have one type of clientele of people living in the City of Philadelphia similar to what we have in San Francisco. And so as I said yesterday on the floor, hopefully the Administration gets just as aggressive when it comes to affordable workforce housing, most importantly tax relief, for long-term residents who have always paid their taxes. And most importantly, served as the bedrock of our City prior to development coming in particularly I know in my area of Point Breeze. And so, we want to stand up for those individuals who don't have a voice. And so, I just want to thank again all my colleagues for stepping up to the plate and working with me on this issue. Thank you very much.

Thank you, Council President. I would just like to ask for a moment of silence for a woman that recently passed away. Many people in this body knew my Chief of Staff Sharon Vaughan who worked -- has worked for me as well as worked for Councilwoman Marianne Tasco and late Councilman August Clark. Her mother Faye Treadwell, also known as Grandma Faye recently passed. A number of members of this body sent -- either came in person or sent notes of condolences to the Vaughan/Treadwell family. I am sure the family appreciates all the notes of support. In that regard, if we can just have a moment of silence.
