Mr. President, may I speak to the resolution for a moment?
Briefly. Briefly. I got it. Madeline Dunn preceded Curtis Jones. Madeline Dunn helped elect half of the people sitting in that section. Madeline Dunn ran for this seat before I ever thought about it. And back then, unlike now, her provocative kind of leadership was not accepted. And so she fell back, didn't go away, but she contributed a different way. And what I would say to you is that, as Marvin Robinson said, we need to give our leaders flowers while they can still smell them. And I'm very proud to have had her as a staffer. And why did I do that? You remember Morgan Cephas? Nobody managed Madeline; Madeline managed everybody. So enthusiastically, I move for the adoption of this resolution. COUNCILMEMBERS: Second.

When -- I remember when I first got elected in Council, she would be like, "Come here, let me talk to you, kind of give you some directions.” This is when I first met her, pulled me to the side. So very well done, sir. Will the Clerk please read the title of Resolution No. 260179?
