To the President and members of the Council of City of Philadelphia: The Committee on Licenses and Inspections, to which was referred Bill No. 040904, entitled "An Ordinance 5/31/07 STATED - COMMITTEE REPORTS Amending Title 9 of the Philadelphia Code," entitled "Regulation of Business, Trades and Provisions," by adding a new chapter requiring dentists to post and distribute certain information concerning the use of mercury in dental procedures and requiring dentists to install systems that permit the recycling of mercury waste, all under certain terms and conditions, respectfully reports it has considered and amended the same and returns the attached bill to Council with a favorable recommendation.
