Thank you, Mr. President. I'd like to briefly talk about this as to the reason why we honored him and his company. This is what we've been fighting for. He is replacing LED lights around the city. He started in the 4th but he's moving throughout every District in the City of 12/19/24 - STATED - 2ND READING Philadelphia. But what is interesting is the workforce he's using are at-risk youth, returning citizens and it is something that we've been fighting for, for a very long time, to be able to take residents, utilize residents to repair city infrastructure work. And so, we wanted to acknowledge him, his company, for doing what is socially right, what is economically right and what is good for the environment in the city of Philadelphia. So with that, I move for the adoption. (Duly seconded.)
